The public TOW website is presently a static informational site. It does not offer user accounts or directly receive form submissions. Donation payments are handled on PayPal’s external donation page, not by this website. Standard web infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and timestamps for security and reliability.
External registration and sponsorship forms
Veteran registration and sponsorship links open Google Forms. TOW owns the veteran-registration form. Information entered there is submitted to Google and TOW, not directly to this static website. Sponsorship-form ownership, authorized access, response retention, and deletion procedures are still being confirmed. Review each form, its requested fields, and Google’s privacy information before submitting.
Current registration fields
The veteran form currently requests email, veteran name, branch of service, military specialty, guest attendance, accessibility assistance, and referral source. Provide only information needed for event planning. Do not submit passwords, government identification numbers, medical records, benefits case files, or other highly sensitive information.
External sites
The site links to Google Forms, PayPal, Linktree, Facebook, and independent news coverage. Those services maintain their own privacy and security practices. PayPal processes donations according to its own terms and privacy notice; review the PayPal page before submitting a payment.
Analytics and advertising
No behavioral advertising or remarketing technology is intentionally included in the current website source. Any future analytics will require approval, documented ownership, limited events, and updated disclosures.
Retention, access, and deletion
TOW’s final retention period and authorized response-access list have not yet been approved. To request access, correction, cancellation, or deletion regarding a form submission, email [email protected]. Include only enough information to locate the response; do not email medical records, government identification, benefits files, passwords, or other sensitive documents. Deletion may be limited where accounting or legal retention applies.
Children
This website is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Event guest rules and any guardian-consent requirements remain subject to organizer confirmation.
Changes
This notice will be updated when TOW approves its dedicated contact information, form backend, retention schedule, analytics configuration, or payment processor.
