Board President

Bernard Tremblay, Jr.

Bernard is a past master of Pittsfield’s New Moon Lodge, serving as lodge master in 2024 and 2025. He helped lead the annual Veterans Resource Fair & Dinner, an initiative connecting hundreds of area veterans and family members with services, meals, and community support.

Secretary

Bob Chapman

Bob is an Edward Jones financial advisor in Pittsfield and holds AAMS® and CRPC™ designations. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and is a past master of New Moon Lodge, where he also served as District 31’s district deputy grand master.

Treasurer

Lou Coelho

Lou brings nonprofit financial leadership to TOW. Public Berkshire County sources list him as a Central Berkshire Habitat for Humanity board member and treasurer and identify him as retired from General Dynamics. These external résumé details remain subject to Lou’s final review.

Kat Lockridge

Kat is a longtime Berkshire events professional and president and co-owner of Classical Tents & Party Goods. Her public civic work includes service on the 1Berkshire board and organizing regional business, wedding-industry, and career events.

Nick serves as a board member and TOW’s attorney, supporting review of legal, event, payment, and privacy matters. Public corporate-record metadata also identifies Nicholas M. Zaricki, Esq., as the organization’s registered agent.
