Any veteran may attend free with one guest. Space is limited to 150 attendees, and the RSVP deadline is November 7, 2026.
The TOW-owned registration form asks for an email address, the veteran’s name, branch of service, military specialty, whether a guest will attend, accessibility assistance, and how the registrant heard about the dinner. Review the fields and Google’s privacy information before submitting.

Who may attend?
Any veteran may register and bring one guest. The event is free for both the veteran and that guest.
Where and when will it take place?
Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. EST at the Pittsfield Masonic Building, 116 South Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
What is being served?
Public 2026 event announcements list barbecued prime rib, pork chops, and chicken. Ingredients, side dishes, allergy controls, and alternative meals have not been confirmed. Do not assume a dietary accommodation is available; contact [email protected] before registering if food safety affects attendance.
What parking and accessibility information is available?
Downtown street and municipal-lot parking is available subject to posted signs. City rules state that municipal lots are free all day Saturday. Public map metadata identifies a wheelchair-accessible entrance at the building, but the exact entrance, accessible parking, restroom, seating, and step-free route still require organizer confirmation.
When is the RSVP deadline?
RSVP by November 7, 2026. Capacity is limited to 150 attendees.
How can I correct or cancel a registration?
A final cancellation, correction, and wait-list process has not been published. For now, email [email protected] with the registrant’s name and requested change. Do not email medical records, identification numbers, or other sensitive documents.
Who sponsors the venue?
New Moon Lodge is an official sponsor and donates use of the Pittsfield Masonic Building. TOW is otherwise a separate organization.
How is registration information handled?
The registration form is owned by TOW and hosted by Google Forms. Information entered there is submitted to Google and TOW, not directly to this static website. TOW’s response-access, retention, and deletion procedures are still being documented.
